Responsibilities
Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents related to childcare cases
Conduct legal research on childcare laws and relevant precedent cases
Manage and organize case files, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process
Prepare briefs and summaries for court hearings and meetings
Support the preparation of witness statements and evidence gathering
Assist in filing and managing court documents and submissions efficiently
Requirements
A relevant degree or qualification in law or paralegal studies
Demonstrable experience in family law or childcare law
Strong understanding of legal terminology and court procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in legal research tools and case management software
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £20.55
