Summary
Head Chef required at this award hotel and restaurant as Head Chef will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen, writing restaurant and function menus using fresh seasonal ingredients
The hotel has an award winning restaurant and also hosts weekly weddings during the summer so the Head Chef must have knowledge of both
You will have relative menu freedom within the pricing point and standards already established, there is plenty of room to grow the business but it is more focussed on quality than high volume
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Stamford, Peterborough, Oakham, Huntingdon, Grantham or possibly Corby area as there is no live in available, plenty of free onsite parking.
