Summary
Senior Technician required for an independent garage in the Leamington Spa area.
Our Client is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.
Benefits:
- Overtime & Bonus: Time and a half for overtime, with a productivity bonus scheme offering an extra £200 - £500 per month on a sliding scale.
- Work Schedule: 40-hour work week with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota.
- Leave: 24 days of annual paid leave, increasing with service.
- Benefits: Pension scheme and sick pay scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing Complex Faults
- Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
- Working on Complex Repairs
- Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
- Working closely with the Workshop Controller
Requirements:
- Be a fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
- A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
- Methodical problem-solving skills
For your hard work our client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £42,000 with an OTE of £45,000.
The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role are 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota).
