We are seeking an experienced Teaching and Learning Assistant who:
• Has previous experience working in a primary school setting
• Ideally has experience inEYFS and/or KS1
• Is confident supporting high-quality teaching and learning
• Can work with individuals and small groups to accelerate progress
• Understands the importance of early language development and phonics
• Has high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Is proactive, reflective and able to use initiative
