Your new role
Joining an established Finance Team and working alongside a number of other Accounts Assistants, you will support the Head of Finance across all the transactional tasks of a busy finance department.
Key areas of responsibility will include:-
- Processing the purchase and sales ledger invoices
- Liaising with both customers and suppliers, resolving queries as they arise
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Key account reconciliations
- Processing employee expenses
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally, you will already have experience of working in a busy, varied finance role, using accountancy packages such as Sage, Xero or similar.
- Alongside Sage/Xero experience, you will also be confident in the use of Excel, being able to both create and manipulate complex Excel spreadsheets.
- You will have a hands-on, roll your sleeves up approach, something that is required on a daily basis within this dynamic, fast-paced finance team.
- Crucially, you will not be afraid of allergic to dogs as the company has its own office dog, who is very much a key part of the team!
