Summary
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (1 year from commencement)

Salary: Grade D. SCP 7 £13,201 - SCP 10 £13,847 (Actual salary)

The Role
You will be responsible for supporting key meetings, development and maintenance of Business Support Systems that support the Adult Safeguarding Board to deliver on their statutory responsibilities.
About You
You will be part of the wider Safeguarding, Quality and Practice Team, working as a member of the team in the office and at home, with minimal supervision. The issues you may be dealing with will be varied and require confidentiality. We are looking for a team member who:-
- will have an ability to communicate efficiently and with diplomacy with Elected Members and all levels of staff across Partner Organisations
- be dynamic and motivated to provide high quality, flexible and timely business support to the Adults Board
- have excellent, organisational skills, keyboard skills with a high level of speed and accuracy and a good knowledge of Microsoft computer packages
- has the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- can work collaboratively as part of a successful team
