Warehouse Operative
Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Newbury (must have own transport - no public transport links)
We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our clients small, close-knit team. We're looking for someone who can work well with others while bringing strong practical skills and reliability to the group.
Benefits:
- Salary £25,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 29 days holiday including bank holidays (increases with service)

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and store incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and despatch orders securely
- Operate a stock rotation system, assist with regular stock takes and maintain accurate records
- Ensure general tidiness
- Drive a van between neighbouring sites as needed
- Undertake hands-on tasks, including lifting and moving goods
- Adhere to safe working practices and promptly report any safety concerns
- Opportunity to support basic repair tasks
About You:
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, heavy lifting work
- Team player who thrives in a small team environment
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
- Able to drive a van for site cross overs
