Summary
We here at The Best Connection are looking for a workshop operative to join a reputable client of ours in the Littlehampton area, this is a full time permanent position and the right candidate would be versatile and have previous experience in this industry. We are looking for a candidate with a can do attitude towards work who is willing to get stuck in and grow into a new role within this company.
The Role:
This is a varied role involving both workshop and production duties. The successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced environment, supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general workshop duties
- Assisting with production and assembly work
- Operating tools and machinery (where trained)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working to production targets and deadlines
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous workshop and/or production experience is essential
- A hands-on approach with practical skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
