Job Title: SEN Tutor Core Subjects (Oldham)

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to provide one-to-one tuition for students in Oldham with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. This role involves tailoring lessons in core subjects like Maths and English to support students' individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored one-to-one lessons in GCSE Maths and English for students with SEN.
Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet the unique learning needs of each student.
Provide emotional support and foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
Help students with study skills, revision techniques, and exam preparation.
Provide regular updates to parents/carers and professionals on student progress.

Essential Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring English or Maths.
Experience working with students with SEN in a one-to-one or small group setting.
Right to work in the UK.
Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.

Desirable Qualifications:
PGCE or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Experience with students who have Autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs.
