You'll have the opportunity to work in this stimulating environment, collaborating with experienced educators and specialists to deliver personalised lessons that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities as a Part-time SEN Tutor:
- Developing and implementing individualised learning plans for students with a range of special educational needs, such as dyslexia, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and more.
- Employing a variety of engaging teaching methods and strategies to support students' academic progress and personal growth.
- Fostering a warm, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that empowers students to overcome challenges and build confidence.
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, adapting lesson plans as needed to meet their evolving needs.
- Participating in regular professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in SEN education.

What we're looking for:
- A passionate and dedicated individual with a strong background in special educational needs or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- A creative and adaptable teaching approach, with the flexibility to tailor your methods to the unique needs of each student.
- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs, and a genuine commitment to their academic and personal success.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline, with relevant experience in SEN Tutoring or teaching.
- A valid teaching certificate or SEN-specific qualification is preferred.
- Familiarity with the latest teaching technologies and a willingness to incorporate them into your lessons.
- A genuine love for working with children and young people, and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
