- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
- Adhering to the school's policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience in a teaching assistant or similar role, preferably in a secondary school setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A genuine interest in the education and development of young people
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the school and its students
- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the ability to obtain one
