What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Recent experience as a Nursery Manager in an Ofsted-regulated nursery
- Demonstrable record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Sound knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and compliance standards
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day nursery operations in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Drive quality improvement and prepare for inspection readiness
- Manage staff performance, supervision, and development planning
- Oversee safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor occupancy, staffing ratios, and financial performance
- Build professional relationships with parents and external agencies
