We are a fast-growing distributor of building materials based in West Thurrock, and we are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our lively, modern office.

The role

Since launching in 2019, we have grown to £15m turnover by backing capable, driven people. As we continue to expand, there will be opportunities for those who consistently perform and show commitment to take on more responsibility.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our West Thurrock (RM20) office, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.

You will work with warm leads and existing customers. That means you can focus on building relationships and converting enquiries, rather than chasing cold prospects. You will help customers choose the right building materials while working towards clear, achievable targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads so you can convert enquiries into sales quickly
• Build strong relationships with regular customers to drive repeat business
• Hit and exceed personal and team targets
• Advise customers on the right building products for their projects
• Keep accurate records in the CRM so your pipeline stays organised
• Work closely with suppliers and colleagues to ensure orders run smoothly
