Class 2 Grab Driver

Ross-on-Wye | £16.50 PAYE / £19.50 Umbrella PAYE | Monday-Friday | Temp to Perm

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Grab Driver on behalf of a leading company within the Construction and Infrastructure sector.

You will be responsible for delivering and collecting materials, signage, barriers, and plant to operational sites safely and efficiently, supporting teams across various schemes.

Key Duties
  • Work Monday to Friday, 6:30am to finish.

  • Plan, monitor, and respond to work requests efficiently.

  • Deliver and collect materials from operational teams and sites.

  • Carry out reinstatement, backfilling, and muck away duties.

  • Assist with the movement of plant equipment.

  • Operate Grab (Clamshell) safely and effectively.

  • Follow all safe working practices and site regulations.

Requirements
  • Valid HGV Class 2 licence.

  • NRSWA Required.
  • HIAB certification with Grab (Clamshell) experience.

  • Experience within construction or infrastructure environments.

  • Good knowledge of safe working practices.

  • Reliable and professional approach.

Pay & Hours
  • £16.50 per hour PAYE.

  • £19.50 per hour Umbrella PAYE.

  • Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed daily.

  • Monday to Friday, 6:30am start.
