Summary
Do you have? Minimum Level 2 in Health and Social Care/Care Certificate Relevant healthcare assistant experience Good verbal and written communication skills The ability to work independently in patients own homes The ability to plan and manage your own workload and activities A good awareness of your own limitations, and able to recognise the need for onward referral when needed Good IT skills A driving license and access to a car, prepared to travel throughout our defined catchment area (Swindon, Marlborough, Pewsey, Wootton Bas-sett, Lechlade, Fairford and Shrivenham). It would also be great if you have: Level 3 in Health and Social Care End of life care experience Whats it like it to work here?
