Summary
To work within agreed policies and procedures in order that high standards of patient care are maintained To complete paperwork and outcomes during clinics and be responsible for returning notes and x-rays To ensure effective running of outpatient clinics in liaison with the Consultants and Breast Care Nurse Practitioners To be aware of the patients needs physical, social and psychological and to be able to report to a registered nurse if required To chaperone and assist medical staff with any procedures required in the clinics To ensure confidentiality of all patient details at all times Full vacancy details can be found on the attached Job Description/Person Specification.
