Summary
To agree a contract of employment To comply with all GMC regulations as laid out in Good Medical Practice The post holder will be expected to work as a professional, training within a multidisciplinary team, acknowledging different values and prospectives To observe the Trusts agreed policies and procedures To take responsibility for your own health and safety, complying with any safe working arrangements, policies and procedures which are in place To comply with the Trusts requirements of appraisals To complete the Trust and local induction as part of the onboarding process To work appropriately and effectively within your clinical team within the limits of your competency under clinical supervision In conjunction with colleagues, to ensure that the requirements of clinical governance are met and to take part in medical audit and research as appropriate To accept a duty to other staff and patients to ensure that any risks, incidents and hazards are reported and managed appropriately To ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times and that data belonging to the Trust is protected All employees must comply with infection prevention and control mandatory training requirements specific to their role
