Summary
Job Title: Lecturer in Electrical Installation Location: Essex Area (commutable from Chelmsford) Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) About the Role: We're seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer to deliver high-quality theory and practical lessons to electrical apprentices. You'll teach the Level 3 Electrical Installation curriculum, support learner progress, and help develop the curriculum. This is a great chance to shape the next generation of electricians in a friendly, well-equipped environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons on Electrical Science, Inspection, Testing, and Fault Finding Support and mentor apprentices through feedback and progress tracking Maintain accurate student records and contribute to curriculum development Create a safe, inclusive learning atmosphere Requirements: Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years' industry experience Passion for teaching and supporting apprentices Desirable: BS 7671 (18th Edition) City & Guilds 2391 Teaching or assessor qualification (e.g., PGCE, TAQA) Additional Info: Enhanced DBS check required Committed to equality, diversity, and safeguarding
