Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of childcare.
Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings.
Uphold health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
Requirements
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
A level 3 Qualification in Early Childhood Education is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work within a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage children in meaningful play and learning experiences.
A genuine passion for childcare and commitment to children's welfare.
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances within the nursery environment.
