Summary

Salary: £28,500 - £31,000 per annum, subject to experience

Hours: 40 hours per week, normally worked five-days over a seven-day rota and including weekend and evening work

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager, to lead on all aspects of the food operation and management of the kitchen team. The post holder will proactively develop strategies and menus to enhance sales and standards, which match or exceed the expectations of our customers. The successful applicant will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and their team, to ensure our service standards, presentation and publicity displays are to the highest standard. This role also involves actively working on the rota as a Chef de Partie.

Our café/bar caters for a varied range of customers throughout the day and into the evening, and our food offer is focused on seasonal, fresh, and healthy, with a wide variety of deli items and cakes alongside our regular menu items.

We also deliver high-volume items for our busy conference, festivals, and events provision across the wider venue.

Showroom Work Station is an independent cinema located in a converted 1930’s art deco building. The venue is home to a four-screen cinema, creative industries business centre, event space, and café bar, in the heart of Sheffield city centre.
