Summary
Salary: £27k-£35k DOE
Hours: Office based Monday-Friday 9am-5pm for min 6 months training, then can do hybrid

The successful Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant will: -
Have previous accounts experience ideally from within the legal field but this is not essential
Good attention to detail
Purchase ledger experience
Bank reconciliations experience
Good IT experience, including accounts packages and Excel

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant: -
Processing incoming and outgoing payments for all client and office accounts
Invoicing clients
Maintaining client ledgers
Answering queries from clients and staff
Preparing client statements
Conveyancing completions
Billing
Purchase ledger
Internal account transfers
Bank reconciliations
Filing
Compliance administration
