Are you a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher looking for a flexible and inspiring opportunity? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Drama Teacher to work across multiple Secondary Schools in the vibrant city of Sheffield. Whether you’re seeking a full-time role or prefer part-time flexibility, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

As an Drama Teacher, you will deliver creative, engaging lessons to students across KS3 & KS4, encouraging imagination, expression, and theatrical development. You will work across a range of supportive and forward-thinking secondary schools, each committed to high-quality teaching and outstanding student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver inspiring Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum


  • Foster creativity and confidence across a variety of theatrical mediums


  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies


  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback


  • Support school Drama projects, exhibitions, and extracurricular activities


    What We’re Looking For:
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent


    • Experience teaching Drama at secondary or FE level


    • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for the subject


    • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills


    • A flexible and adaptable approach to working across multiple sites
