Job Information:

Contract – Perm from day 1

Hours of work – Monday to Friday (Hours to be confirmed)

Candidate Requirements:

• SAP Knowledge
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems

Main Duties (but not limited to):

• Assess material demand in line with the production plan and stock holding policy
• Raise purchase and call-off orders to maintain a minimum 3-month order horizon and stock targets
• Review and manage purchase orders, confirmations, and close orders when complete
• Monitor material availability weekly, expedite supply, source alternatives, and communicate risks or shortfalls
• Investigate and implement agreed solutions to material shortages
• Manage daily despatch notifications and maintain accurate SAP open order balances
• Monitor customer commitments for LAQ material to ensure alignment with the 3-month horizon
• Track and report supplier performance (OTIF and quality)
• Review forecast changes and adjust plans accordingly
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock accuracy checks
• Resolve material-related invoice queries promptly
• Support cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and new product development
• Produce regular reports and analysis for internal stakeholders
• Provide cross-functional support within the Supply Chain team as required
• Any additional duties as and when required
