Summary
qualified NHS clinical professional extensive senior clinical leadership experience delivering transformation at pace and scale board-level or equivalent senior leadership experience strong track record of leading complex clinical change programmes across organisational boundaries ability to influence senior clinicians and executive leaders across the system experience of quality improvement, service redesign and patient safety frameworks ability to bring challenge, innovation and best practice thinking (UK and international experience desirable) confidence working alongside consultancy-led programmes and operating at pace Additional information This is a fixed term post for up to 12 months. The role requires travel across the Devon system footprint and will be delivered through hybrid working arrangements. A start date of 1 April 2026 (earlier start in March preferred)
