Summary
A global leader in vitamins, minerals and supplements are currently looking for experienced manufacturing operative’s to join their ever-growing team on Weekends . Due to high demands in the business they are looking for individuals to carry out manufacturing of the products in a safe, disciplined, effective and efficient manner, in line with company policies, procedures and specific requirements defined by the Warehouse Management Team
Rates of Pay:
Days £14.86 per hour
Nights £15.73 per hour
30 Minuet paid Break
Hours of work:
Training in the week Minium of 3 days per week – Flexible on Hours
Weekend Days - Friday, Saturday & Sunday or Saturday, Sunday & Monday - 12 hour shifts 6am
Or
Weekend nights - Friday, Saturday & Sunday or Saturday, Sunday & Monday - 12 hour shifts 6pm - 6am
They will also accommodate for the right candidate just Saturday and Sunday work!

Duties to include:
• To ensure the accurate completion of all Production documentation.
• To clean all equipment after use by reference to the appropriate Work Instructions and record in the appropriate log books.
• To maintain the required standard of GMP and housekeeping.
• To monitor the mechanical condition of the machines on which you are working. To take responsibility for any preventative maintenance required. To report issues and take corrective action.
• To comply with company Health and Safety requirements.
• To dispense product in accordance with Batch Manufacturing Records and Standard Operating Procedures. To weigh and label raw materials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
• To prepare gelatine blends in accordance with Batch Manufacturing Records and Standard Operating Procedures
• To strip and setup compression or encapsulation machines in accordance with Batch Manufacturing Records and Work Instructions.
• To film coat and sugar coat product in accordance with Batch Manufacturing Records and Standard Operating Procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience ideal.
• Good ability to read and fill out any necessary paper work.
• Good clear writing ability and oral communication skills are required.
• Keen to learn about all aspects of the job role.
• Flexible on working hours
