Summary

We're looking for a Social Value Advisor to join our Construction team based in our Southern Region

Location: Southampton - hybrid working available, with travel to sites and offices across the South as required.Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As a Social Value Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in planning, delivering and reporting on social value initiatives across our construction projects. Working within a collaborative environment, you'll help us create meaningful community impact while supporting our business objectives and client requirements.

What will you be responsible for?As a Social Value Advisor, you'll be working within the Social Value team, supporting them in delivering community benefits across our construction projects. Your day to day will include:

-Creating and implementing social value plans with pre-construction and site teams

-Tracking progress against social value targets and supporting teams to achieve them

-Building relationships with local partners and community organisations

-Collecting and reporting on social value data and outcomes

-Organising and delivering community-focused initiatives across the region

What are we looking for?This role of Social Value Advisor is great for you if:

-You have experience in construction, social value, charity sector, education or a similar community-focused role

-You're happy to travel to multiple projects across the Southern region

-You're an excellent communicator who can build relationships at all levels

-You're passionate about making a positive difference in communities

-You have strong data analysis and reporting skills

-You're organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
