Applications are invited for the post of Change Manager in the in the Directorate of Strategic Planning and Change

At Royal Holloway, University of London we have recently launched our new strategy, RH2030s. This new strategy will introduce a significant amount of change to the University, and we are looking for a new member of our team to help us implement these changes effectively and support our colleagues throughout.

The role sits within our Strategy Implementation team alongside the project managers and business analysts in the Strategic Planning and Change Directorate. The role-holder will provide change management support to a number of strategic initiatives within our Transformation Programme – a foundational set of initiatives designed to prepare us for future success. As well as project teams, they will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with strategic implementation plans.

The Strategic Planning and Change Directorate more widely is responsible for providing planning support and management information to inform decision making as part of the strategic planning process and the delivery of the University’s strategic objectives.

The University has adopted hybrid working approach for some roles and a degree of remote working would be possible for this role, although the post holder would be expected to attend campus on a regular basis as required by the Project.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the University is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
