Summary
Morson Talent are looking for a Vocational Driver to work within the Transportation Department of our client on Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth, looking after any requirements internal or external to the dockyard.
Working safely in a maritime environment, you will be required to supporting waste work, which involves using a Skip Lorry Loader, Rear End Loader, and Waste Tanker as well as coach driving duties.
To qualify the successful candidate will need the following licences:
- Category C+E (Unit and Trailer)
- An In-date Drivers CPC Qualification. (At least 12 months remaining)
- In date tachograph card.
- Category D Coach, Bus and Minibus,
- ADR Dangerous goods by road qualifications
Pay Rates
PAYE: £17.78 p/h
UMB: £22.53 p/h, rising to £23.03 p/h after 12 weeks
35 standard hours a week, 07:30 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 12:30 on a Friday. There will be an opportunity for the successful person to work overtime to support the needs of the business, when required.
12 month initial contract
The successful candidate will need to obtain full SC security clearance in order to fulfil this role.
