Summary

Position summary; Monday – Friday 37.5 per week

We're seeking a Quality Associate to play a pivotal role in our Electronic Systems Team, part of our Quality Management System (QMS). This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, regulated environment and is passionate about maintaining the integrity and compliance of our global quality electronic systems.

The Role:

As a key contributor, you’ll oversee and support critical site and global electronic systems that uphold our global quality standards:
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Local System Administrator (LSA) for Catalent’s global platforms: GLIMS, Trackwise, ComplianceWire, and EDMS
Support the document management process in our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
Collaborate with global Catalent teams to ensure seamless system integration and support for the site.
Manage, create and approve Master Data within GLIMS to support the release process.
Perform Data Integrity reviews to ensure continued compliance of our electronic systems.
Deliver technical support, training, and guidance to site users.
The Candidate:

Demonstrated experience with Quality Electronic Systems.
Strong grasp of Data Integrity principles and compliance frameworks.
Analytical mindset with solid technical skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities.
Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Positive, proactive attitude and a strong commitment to quality.
