Crynodeb
The post holder will be required to work collaboratively in learning disability services to support service users to access cancer screening services. To co-produce and deliver with stakeholders health promotion and targeted interventions in relation to local and national cancer screening programmes, with the aim to reduce health inequalities within targeted populations across Coventry and Warwickshire. The post holder will play a pivotal role in supporting and empowering them to make informed choices and decisions relating to cancer screening. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly across all Community Learning disability services across Coventry and Warwickshire. The post holder will be expected to have a progressive attitude and a drive for continual improvement within this service. To act as an expert practitioner and a role model to others. The post holder will be a resource of clinical knowledge and competence within the service area and externally, contributing to staff and service development. The post holder will be expected to supervise other staff including students. Be able to support smooth running of the service on a day-to-day basis, dealing with issues at the frontline of service delivery and report any more complex issues to the Management team. The post holder and team will be required to work to the organisations agile working policy. The post holder will be required to undertake delegated responsibilities as required.
