Summary

Head Chef

Become the Head Chef at this prestigious Event Space, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

If you are a Sous chef looking for your 1st role as a Head Chef you will be fully supported in this role with support from the Regional Head Chef and the senior management team.

In this permanent role, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team of chefs, delivering high-quality, fresh food to our diverse clientele across a range of hospitality offerings, from our 120-seat restaurant to our Executive hospitality boxes and retail outlets.

Highlights of the Role:
Lead a talented team of chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests on 22 Event days per year.
Manage a varied menu, including a 4/4/4 choice restaurant, buffet-style offerings and a canteen-style menu.
Utilise our online ordering and menu planning system to ensure efficient operations and accurate allergen information.
Preferred Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef, with a proven track record of managing high-volume, fresh food operations.
Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative, delicious dishes.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team of chefs.
Excellent time management and organisational skills to coordinate multiple dining offerings simultaneously.
Proficient in utilisng online ordering and menu planning systems to streamline operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Formal culinary training or a recognised chef's qualification
Extensive experience in a similar high-volume, hospitality setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with the Executive Director and Area Head Chef.
