Summary
Job Title: Door Supervisor (Part-Time)
Location: Hospitality Venues
Reports To: Venue Manager / Security Manager
Role Overview:
The Door Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of customers and staff within hospitality venues. This role involves maintaining a visible security presence, managing entry and exit points, and responding professionally to incidents to create a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the venue in line with licensing and company policies
Maintain order and prevent anti-social or unsafe behaviour
Conduct ID checks and manage capacity limits when required
Respond to incidents calmly and proportionately, using conflict management skills
Work closely with venue staff and emergency services when necessary
Complete incident reports accurately and promptly
Requirements:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
Strong communication and conflict management skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
Hours:
Part-time, flexible shifts based on venue requirements
