Qualifications required
Driving license is required. Access to own transport is advantageous but not essential.
Aged 25 + for insurance purposes.
Must have own tools
Key responsibilities
• Plastering within tenanted houses for social housing project.
• A lot of damp work is included so experience would be preferable but not essential as we can teach this on the job.
• Role will include boarding/skimming.
• Fitting new skirting boards and windowsills where required.
• Removing radiators where needed.
• Cleaning of the work areas after the job is completed is mandatory.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment adhering to health & safety measures daily.
