This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a well-established, highly valued team at the heart of our Business Support Service. You’ll be fully supported and mentored by experienced colleagues as you take on a wide variety of meaningful tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming daily referrals to Children’s Services. Your responsibilities will include receiving, screening, coordinating, and processing sensitive information—making a real impact on the families and children we support.

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident use of IT systems and applications
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• The resilience needed to handle highly sensitive information professionally
