Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Advice and Information Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of projects focused on delivering high-quality advice and information services to our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate projects that align with our organizational goals and meet the needs of our diverse client base. Your leadership will ensure the successful development of programs that provide valuable information and guidance to clients, while also enhancing their understanding of available resources. You will play a critical role in developing strategies to improve service delivery and ensuring that all advice and information initiatives are effectively communicated to stakeholders. Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple advice and information projects from inception to completion
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Monitor project performance, conduct evaluations, and prepare reports
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Provide training and support to staff and volunteers involved in project execution
Engage with clients to gather feedback and assess their information needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, project management, public administration)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a service-oriented environment
Strong understanding of advice and information best practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Proficient in project management tools and software.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £370.40
