Ready to create something exceptional? We’re seeking an Executive Chef to lead and shape a standout food operation at one of the most prestigious brands in Formula One, based in Brackley. As we expand into new staff dining and hospitality buildings and launch a fine dining concept, this is a rare opportunity to make your mark in a unique corporate setting.
The RoleWorking closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll define and deliver a bold culinary vision across staff dining, hospitality and fine dining.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and lead the long-term culinary strategy
Design innovative, seasonal menus
Launch an exciting new fine dining concept
Elevate the staff dining and hospitality experience
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
Balance creativity with strong operational performance
Proven Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
Creative, commercially aware and confident taking calculated risks
Strong leader with experience in high-volume, quality-driven environments
Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation
