- Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth department operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade industry
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of parts sales procedures and inventory management
- Familiarity with commercial parts, bodyshop parts, or general parts advising is advantageous
