Summary
Parts Sales Manager required for a growing Motor Parts Factor, located in Swansea.
The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £32,000, with an OTE of £38,000.

- A previous / current working experience within Automotive Vehicle Parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Sales Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities:
- Finding new business and managing frequent accounts.
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, creating positive rapports with customers.
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Sales Department through coaching and development.
