- Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle service needs
- Explaining repair work and service plans in detail
- Generating estimates and securing authorisation for work
- Maintaining reports and ensuring effective communication with workshop teams
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery
- Managing vehicle bookings and coordinating follow-up appointments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy dealership environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop processes is preferred
