I am currently seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and proactive.
You will be responsible for:
• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
• Managing and updating records, databases, and filing systems
• Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
• Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
• Handling incoming and outgoing post
You will need:
• Previous administrative experience
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and positive attitude
The position is temporary to permanent, ongoing.
The role is Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm and every other weekend- days and hours to be confirmed.
The hourly rate starts at £12.50. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.
