The Governing Body of Redgate Community Primary School is looking to appoint a dynamic, caring and forward-thinking Headteacher who has the vision to lead our community and inspire everyone to achieve our values of‘We Learn, We Collaborate, We Nurture, We Grow and We Are Safe’.

Shortlisting will take place on Wednesday 18 March, and we will inform all candidates of the outcome by email.

Interviews will take place on Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 March 2026.Further shortlisting may take place at the end of the first day, with candidates informed of the decisions by telephone.

Interviews will involve a selection of activities to assess candidates in line with the person specification for the role. Further information on the process will be given with the invitation to interview.
