Summary

Your new company
An established hospitality organisation undergoing a period of growth is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team on a permanent basis. Due to ongoing transformation and increased reporting demands, the business requires someone who can start immediately or within a maximum of 1-2 weeks notice. You will be joining a collaborative, fast‐moving environment where accurate financial insight plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision‑making.

Your new role
As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will take ownership of key month‑end processes, overrides calculations, reconciliations, and the delivery of high‑quality financial analysis. You will play a central role in forecasting, budgeting, and driving process efficiencies across financial reporting activities. Working closely with Finance, Supplier Relations and Operations, you will provide timely, accurate, and commercially meaningful insights. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end‑to‑end calculation and reconciliation of monthly overrides
  • Preparing month‑end journals and supporting schedules
  • Delivering variance analysis and insightful commentary for stakeholders
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Maintaining and enhancing financial models and analytical tools
  • Driving process improvements, automation and strengthening internal controls
  • Transitioning reporting packs into Power BI
  • Supporting internal and external audit requirements

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified ACCA/CIMA finance professional with post‑qualification experience across FP&A, financial analysis or month‑end reporting. The role requires someone who operates with a continuous‑improvement mindset, brings strong analytical capability, and is comfortable working autonomously under tight deadlines. Exceptional Excel skills, experience using Power BI and the ability to communicate clearly with non‑finance stakeholders are essential. Importantly, the business can only consider applicants who are immediately available or able to start within 1-2 weeks or less.

What you'll get in return
You'll receive a competitive salary of £75,000, along with the opportunity to influence financial processes and support key commercial decisions within a dynamic business. You will join a supportive team environment where your expertise will have visible impact, and where continuous improvement and professional development are actively encouraged.
