Our purpose-built, premium care home in Dalgety Bay, Fife, provides outstanding Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 68 residents. Warm, welcoming, and community-focused, it offers a rewarding environment for both residents and staff.
We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day clinical and operational leadership of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and professional practice are delivered at all times.
What We Offer

What You Will Do
As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth and effective running of the home. You will provide visible, supportive leadership to the nursing and care teams, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion.
You will oversee clinical practice, ensuring care plans, risk assessments, and medication management are accurate, up to date, and fully reflective of residents’ individual needs and preferences.
Strong communication will be key as you liaise with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring the highest standards of resident-centred care are consistently delivered.
You will also mentor and support nurses and care staff, overseeing supervision, competency assessments, and ongoing professional development to help the team perform to the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Proven experience working with older people within a care home or similar setting
- Confident in leading, managing, and inspiring a clinical and care team
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, governance, and quality assurance
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to person-centred care
