This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join a leading player in its field in the Bridgwater area. You will be managing the QA side of the business and enjoy a varied role, the company values internal progression so will encourage development, meaning you can build a long term career.

The role:

  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives across the team.
  • Manage the Quality Assurance processes.
  • Oversee internal and external audits - working closely with the assigned consultant.
  • Manage all customer complaints and non conformances.
  • Responsible for monitoring internal quality KPI's.
  • Perform and manage inspection, calibration and FAIR activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working within the quality department for a manufacturing company.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS9100,
  • Experience working with automotive and aerospace customers.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Ability to manage quality systems
