As a Learning and Culture Manager, you will play a key role in embedding Nobu’s culture, service standards and behavioural expectations across the hotel. Working closely with the Director of People and Culture and department leaders, you will ensure learning programmes are translated into consistent on the floor performance, supporting managers to build capability, accountability and engagement across their teams. What We’re Looking For

You bring experience in a Learning and Development, People and Culture or HR role within a hospitality environment, with hands on experience delivering training rather than purely designing strategy. You are an engaging facilitator with strong communication and organisational skills, confident working with managers across departments. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced operational setting, you are also confident using systems, learning platforms and people data to monitor activity and outcomes. With a collaborative approach and genuine passion for people development, you help create an environment where colleagues perform at their best and feel connected to the Nobu culture.
