Summary
Key Responsibilities - Provide minor illness clinics and same-day access appointments. - Undertake home visits and assist with the weekly care home round. - Prescribe safely within scope (V300 desirable). - Triage and manage undifferentiated presentations. - Work collaboratively with the PCN multidisciplinary team. - Maintain accurate clinical records in EMIS Web.
