We are looking for a proactive and nurturing Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a dynamic and engaging school environment in Redhill.

You will:

• Support pupils in feeling safe, understood and motivated

• Encourage independence and personal growth

• Adapt to behavioural changes with calm and confidence

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons

• Help pupils achieve their full academic and personal potential

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children

• Is patient, empathetic and adaptable

• Communicates effectively with staff and pupils

• Holds a DBS (or is willing to obtain one)
