Summary

Machine Operator – Finishing

An established multichannel marketing services business is seeking an experienced Machine Finishing Operator to join its manufacturing team in Mansfield.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled operator to work within a busy production environment on a rotating shift pattern. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality finished products, ensuring efficiency and precision throughout the finishing process.

Following full training, you will be responsible for confidently operating one or more B1 laminating, die-cutting and creasing machines within the manufacturing area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate B1 laminator and die-cut/crease machinery to required quality standards

  
  

• Process printed sheet work through automated machine systems

  
  

• Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met

  
  

• Maintain high standards of quality control and accuracy

  
  

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve 100% customer satisfaction

  
  

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

  
  Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience operating finishing or print-based automated machinery

    
    

  • Demonstrable knowledge of running printed sheet work through machine processes

    
    

  • Good level of computer literacy

    
    

  • Flexible and reliable approach to work

    
    

  • Forward-thinking mindset

    
    

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
