Summary
The Trustees at Victorious Academies Trust would like to appoint a Kitchen Assistant at Buckton Vale Primary School, Swallow Lane, Carrbrook, Stalybridge SK15 3NU
To start: Monday 9th March 2026
Kitchen Assistant Full-time Salary £24,413
This is a permanent, part-time role, 10 hours per week, Term Time Only with an actual salary of £5,803 (TMBC Grade A, Point 2)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our dedicated and supportive team. In this vital role, you will be involved in the preparation and serving of school meals to our diverse pupil population.
Key Responsibilities: • Providing support in the preparation, cooking and serving of meals • Preparation of service areas and equipment for the efficient and effective serving of meals • Cleaning of the kitchen area, equipment and dining area.
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who: • Can work effectively as part of a team in a busy, fast paced environment • Has a friendly, polite manner and can communicate well with colleagues and pupils • Has an enthusiastic and flexible approach to their duties
