Summary
Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing LIMA Shoreditch restaurant, overseeing events at the hotel and day-to-day food and beverage operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on service management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

The Ideal Individual:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar position for a Hotel or Restaurant as well as proven experience of working in a luxury environment.
You will be experienced in leading a restaurant team or working in a similar Food & Beverage department. You will have a flair and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
The ideal individual will have the ability to motivate, inspire colleagues and engage with the team.
You will have an eye for detail and be able to prioritise with a positive demeanour.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensuring standards are maintained, complying with company and legal requirements.
- Be fully aware of the day’s operations, reporting directly to the General Manager
- Communicate effectively all departments ensuring every guest receives the warmest welcome and a smooth guest journey through your contribution to delivering service of a luxury standard.
- Participating to LIMA London monthly or quarterly meetings with Owners to ensure they are satisfied with services, food quality and standards.
- Proactively manage guest feedback, empowering the team to handle both positive and negative comments effectively.
- Recruit, train, supervise, develop, and evaluate team members in line with Sun Street policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and work with the LIMA London team and Sun Street on food and beverage promotions to support continuous product improvement.
- Ensuring a presence on the floor to guests and colleagues always.
- Ensure an excellent last impression for every one of our guests.
